Tara Guilfoyle

Tara Guilfoyle is the Managing Director of Investor Relations at Maxim, where she has been for over 6 years. In this role, she leads the Investor Relations Program, serving as the primary point of contact for Investors, coordinating marketing efforts, overseeing the implementation of the firm’s CRM and Investor Portal, managing quarterly reporting, and handling day-to-day operating responsibilities. Tara also plays a key role in overseeing capital activity and liquidity management, the Fund’s credit facilities, and moderates Risk and Advisory Board meetings.

Prior to joining Maxim, Tara was the Director of Investor Relations at Castellan Real Estate Partners, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with platforms covering bridge lending, equity investments and property management.

Tara received a Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business and has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Associates degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.
